Without You I Am Nothing: Cultural Democracy from Providence and Chicago, opening at Green Lantern Gallery in Chicago.

This show is an exhibition of works on paper that are intended to create small venues for public participation, including The Sexual Orientation Grid and Fertility Awareness Chart. Curated by Anne Elizabeth Moore.

Biological Agents: Artistic Engagements in Our Growing Bio-Culture, opening at Gallery 400 in Chicago's West Loop.

A part of the "Knowledge Virus Research Station", Tip of the Iceberg is featured alongside other small-press materials by artists, biologists, and students around issues of biology and agency.

Printmaker and bookbinder Angee Lennard has officially opened doors to the cooperative printmaking studio located in Chicago's Ukrainian Village neighborhood.

Period: The End of Menstruation, a documentary by Giovanna Chesler, premiers at the Gene Siskel Film Center of Chicago.

The film takes a close look at the cultural and medical side effects of menstrual suppression through hormonal birth control. Tip of the Iceberg and related works are shown in conjunction.
